2. Services

BusierDays provides business communication and operations tools, starting with an intelligent receptionist that may help answer calls, book appointments, capture callbacks, send follow-ups, route calls, and work with tools a business already uses. Some features described as roadmap or future features are not currently available and are not guaranteed.

3. Website Demo and Booking Links

The BusierDays demo page is available at https://busierdays.com/demo. Demo content is provided for informational purposes and may not reflect a final configuration for every business. A custom setup depends on your phone flow, appointment process, tools, and customer needs.

4. SMS and Messaging Terms

If you provide your phone number and opt in on our website form or by text, you agree to receive text messages from BusierDays. Transactional messages may include inquiry follow-up, demo scheduling, appointment confirmations, reminders, callbacks, rescheduling, cancellations, support, service alerts, and requested information. Marketing or promotional messages require separate consent and may include product updates, offers, educational content, review or feedback requests, and outreach about services that may help your business.

  • Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, scheduling activity, account activity, and opt-in choices.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply HELP or INFO for help.
  • Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out of future text messages.
  • Reply START, YES, or UNSTOP to opt back in after opting out.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
  • We do not send outbound texts to contacts without recorded consent unless the contact first initiates the SMS conversation and has not opted out.
  • We do not use this SMS campaign for cold outbound texting to prospects who have not opted in or first texted us.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the website and services lawfully, and avoid submitting information that you do not have the right to provide. If you use BusierDays for your business, you are responsible for your own customer relationships, compliance obligations, disclosures, and business decisions.

6. No Professional Advice

Website content and demo materials are provided for general business information. They are not legal, financial, tax, compliance, or professional advice.

7. Intellectual Property

The BusierDays name, website content, design, software, workflows, and related materials are owned by BusierDays or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them except as allowed by law or by written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The website and demo materials are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, BusierDays disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
